Japan Experience at Cerequio Sky Bar

On Monday, July 13, Cerequio Sky Bar at Palás Cerequio welcomes Alessandro Daddea, sushi chef at Akoya, for an evening dedicated to the encounter between the essence of Japan and the landscape of the Langhe.

Sushi, sashimi, gyoza, contemporary rolls and signature creations meet the sunset over the vineyards of Cerequio, on one of the most scenic terraces in the Langhe.

Guests can choose between two options: an aperitivo from 6 to 8 pm, with a single dish and paired glass of wine, or dinner from 8:30 pm, with an omakase menu inspired by authentic Japanese cuisine.
