Excellence, the magazine that reaches roughly 3 million readers worldwide and
stands as one of the most authoritative voices in the wine industry, alongside
WineSpectator.com, its mobile platforms, and the events it hosts each year.
Launched in 1981, the award recognizes excellence in
restaurant wine service across three categories: the Best of Award of
Excellence goes to wine lists that show breadth across multiple winegrowing
regions and/or significant vertical depth among top producers, along with
superior presentation – criteria the selection curated by Roberto Stroppiana in
the Palás's Caveau has once again met.
